Fibron Heat Transfer Material for Plotters
- 4 Mil matte polyurethane with clear mylar liner, designed for use with plotters.

- With mirrored image, heat transfer graphic with heat press onto garment using firm pressure at 330-335° F for 17-20 seconds for most colors. Peel warm
- Works with cotton, polyester, spandex, lycra, and some athletic mesh fabrics. WILL NOT adhere to nylon
- To ensure greatest durability, garments should be washed inside out on gentle cycle
- If applying to 100% cotton, we recommend washing the material first to remove excess lint and fuzz.
- Deco Sparkle patterns will not layer. They should be applied at 300°F for 10-12 seconds. Peel Cool. Cool wash, tumble dry low heat.
- Fibron can be layered, except the Neons, Deco, and Metal Flake.
A Matte polyurethane material designed to be used with vinyl plotters for cutting graphics for garments.
Fibron is thermal transferred with heat by a heat press on to cotton, blended fabrics, polyester fabrics,
spandex and other fabrics. 100% cotton needs to be prewashed for best success. Will not adhere to
nylon, dazzle cloth, shiny polyester or moisture wicking materials.
Note: Ironing on is not recommended.

Application Recommendations
• Can be die cut and weeded with plotters.
• Note: Always Mirror Image or Reverse Cut
• Position weeded graphic on garment.
• Heat transfer graphic with heat press on to garment using FIRM HARD PRESSURE at 345-
350°F for 20 seconds.
• Deco Sparkle materials should be applied with 300°F for 10-12 seconds, Peel cold. Deco Sparkle
patterns will not layer.
• Cobra, apply 330°F for 12-15 seconds, peel cool
• Fibron can be layered, except the Neons, Deco, and Metal Flake.
• Remove Clear Mylar Carrier from garment.
• Be advised that dye migration has occurred with low energy dyes in polyester and poly-blend
fabrics
• It is recommended to reheat prints 10 seconds after removing the application tape for greater
durability. Place a Teflon sheet or release liner over graphic before applying heating
